Key Responsibilities

·        Drive end-to-end hiring and market mapping for international roles

·        Manage multi-market recruitment projects with clear timelines

·        Build strong relationships with business heads & global stakeholders

·        Provide recruitment reports, dashboards and market insights

·        Manage partnerships with search firms and recruitment vendors

What We are Looking For

·        8–12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition

·        Experience hiring for Private Banking/Wealth/Asset Management roles

·        Strong project management, analytics and stakeholder management skills

·        Experience handling global or multi-region recruitment
