Role Description

We are seeking a Senior Professional to join our Production Department in a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata. The responsibilities include overseeing the daily operations of manufacturing processes, managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, and coordinating with different departments to meet production targets. The role also involves implementing process improvements, troubleshooting production issues, and maintaining compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in overseeing manufacturing processes, production schedules, and quality control
• Ability to implement process improvements and troubleshoot production issues
• Knowledge of safety and environmental standards in manufacturing
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Technology, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in a production or manufacturing role
