Senior Production Support Engineer

You are seeking a Senior Production Support Engineer to join the team in supporting high-frequency trading activities in the Asia Pacific region, with backup support for EU & US platforms. Your responsibilities will include providing level 1 support for trading activities, managing software upgrades and releases, collaborating with various stakeholders, and designing tools to enhance departmental efficiency. - Provide level 1 support for high-frequency trading activities in Asia Pacific. - Offer backup support for EU & US platforms. - Manage software upgrades and releases. - Collaborate with brokers, service providers, and other technology groups. - Design and implement tools and reports to enhance departmental efficiency. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar role, proficiency in an all-Linux environment, scripting languages (vi, Bash, Perl, Python), database/SQL knowledge (Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL), and understanding of network and internet protocols (TCP, UDP, Telnet, SSH, etc). A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and knowledge in Electronic Trading would be a plus.
