Senior Production Support Engineer

We are looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer to be a part of our team and assist in the high-frequency trading environment. Your primary responsibility will be to provide level 1 support for trading activities in the Asia Pacific region and offer backup support for EU & US platforms. You will also be involved in managing software upgrades and releases, collaborating with brokers, service providers, and other technology groups, as well as designing and implementing tools and reports to improve departmental efficiency. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in a similar position. Your technical skills should include proficiency in an all-Linux environment, scripting languages such as vi, Bash, Perl, and Python, knowledge of database/SQL systems like Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL, and an understanding of network and internet protocols such as TCP, UDP, Telnet, and SSH. A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is required. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills along with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential. Knowledge in Electronic Trading will be considered a plus.
