Job Description

Production · Develop and execute daily production schedules to meet customer demand and delivery deadlines. · Ensure that the Production Operators under your control work according to the prescribed procedures for the manufacture of products. · To ensure production processes are operating at maximum speed and efficiency and that appropriate training is given to Production team. · Produce data the Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) as defined by the business (e.g. production efficiency, waste levels, payroll costs, etc.). · Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime. · Identify and implement process improvements to streamline production, reduce waste, and optimize costs. · Inspects products prior to packaging and returns rejected products to production departments. · Observe packaging operations and inspects Packing material and date codes to verify conformance to specifications. · Starts, adjusts, and repairs packaging machinery, or notifies maintenance department. · Trains workers in operation of equipment. · Analyze and determine all standards for packaging limes and ensure compliance to all schedule for processes and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively. · Monitor and recommend improvements to process and develop and maintain all packing orders effectively. · Coordinate with quality and related departments to monitor everyday activities of units and ensure efficient working of both manufacturing. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Night Shift (Preferred) Overnight Shift (Preferred) Work Location: In person
