Key Responsibilities

• Supervise

  VMC shop floor operations

  and ensure smooth production.
• Develop and execute

  Mastercam 2D & 3D programming

  for machining processes.
• Plan

  manpower allocation

  and optimize resource utilization.
• Manage

  machine loading

  as per PPC production schedules.
• Prepare

  DOD (Date of Delivery)

  reports for scheduled orders.
• Drive

  new process development

  and continuous process optimization.
• Handle

  customer complaints

  and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Ensure

  quality control

  and maintain documentation as per standards.

Required Skills

• Expertise in

  Mastercam programming

  (2D & 3D).
• Strong knowledge of

  VMC shop floor handling

  and production supervision.
• Proficiency in

  manpower planning

  , resource allocation, and scheduling.
• Familiarity with

  quality control standards

  and documentation practices.
