Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Production Manager in steel fabrication, located in Muzaffarnagar. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficient and effective manufacturing operations, and maintaining quality standards. Daily tasks include managing production schedules, coordinating with different departments, supervising staff, troubleshooting production issues, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and optimizing resource utilization to achieve production targets.

Qualifications

1. Experience in steel fabrication and production management

2. Ability to develop and implement production schedules

3. Strong leadership and team management skills

4. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving in a manufacturing environment

5. Excellent knowledge of quality and safety standards

6. Effective communication and coordination skills

7. Proficiency in resource optimization and operational efficiency.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management or a related field8. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
