PET Preform Machine Engineer (Milacron Machines – 18 units)

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain PET preform machines (Milacron) for optimal performance
• Lead a team of junior engineers and technicians on the shop floor
• Ensure quick and efficient mould changeovers to minimize downtime
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot machine issues
• Monitor production parameters
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth production
• Coordinate with production supervisors and shift engineers

Senior Production Manager

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily production operations to meet output and quality targets
• Develop and execute production plans based on demand and inventory
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams for streamlined operations
• Lead and mentor production supervisors and shift engineers
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across production lines
