• Optimize production processes for efficiency and quality
• Coordinate with design, quality, and maintenance teams
• Monitor machine performance, output, and safety standards
• Implement continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives

Qualification:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in production/manufacturing engineering
• Strong knowledge of machines, production planning, and workflows
• Leadership skills to manage teams and meet production targets
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to quality and safety
