Senior Product Sourcing Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for Supplier Discovery, Supplier Evaluation, Product Sourcing, Quality Control, Supplier Relationship Management, Market Research, and Cost Analysis. Your tasks will include researching and identifying potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors, evaluating suppliers based on various factors like product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability, actively sourcing products meeting specific specifications and cost targets, establishing quality control measures, building strong relationships with suppliers, staying updated on market trends and industry developments, and conducting cost analysis for identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing product pricing. To excel in this position, you should have 3+ years of experience in product sourcing within Consumer Durables, previous experience in Planning and Category Management, preferably in P&L. You should be a self-starter and problem solver with the ability to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them effectively. Additionally, you must be able to work in rapid growth and fast-paced environments, and be comfortable with ambiguity in a start-up setting. Candidates from a product development and Sourcing background are preferred for this role.
