Senior Product Sourcing Manager

As a Product Sourcing Specialist, your responsibilities will include: - Researching and identifying potential domestic and international suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors for our products. - Conducting thorough evaluations of suppliers based on factors such as product quality, pricing, lead times, reliability, and sustainability. - Actively sourcing products that meet specific product specifications, quality standards, and cost targets. - Establishing and implementing quality control measures to ensure that all sourced products meet or exceed our standards. - Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers to foster long-term partnerships. - Staying updated on market trends, industry developments, and emerging product opportunities. - Conducting cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize product pricing. To be successful in this role, you should possess: - 3+ years of experience in product sourcing, specifically in Consumer Durables. - Prior experience in Planning and Category Management, with a preference for experience in P&L management. - A self-starter mindset and the ability to identify process gaps and troubleshoot them effectively. - Ability to work in rapid growth and fast-paced environments, with the capacity to navigate ambiguity in a start-up setting.
