Job Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled and results-oriented Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing, product and lead generation initiatives for our Enterprise Agentic AI platform. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in product management or marketing or digital marketing, with a strong background in helping build Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) for enterprise SaaS or AI-driven products.

This role requires deep expertise in managing paid campaigns, crafting enterprise-ready AI product narratives, and delivering data-driven insights to senior leadership including the CEO, Directors, and VPs. Candidates who understand how to position advanced AI solutions for enterprise buyers will thrive in this role.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that consistently generate high-quality MQLs, targeting enterprise prospects through LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant channels.

Campaign Management

Design, manage, and optimize paid campaigns tailored to enterprise technology decision-makers such as CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, operations leaders, and digital transformation executives.

SEO and Content Strategy

Collaborate with content and product teams to create thought leadership, product explainers, case studies, and SEO-driven content that strengthens visibility and enhances demand for our Agentic AI solutions.

Data-Driven Insights

Monitor and analyze campaign performance, buyer intent signals, and funnel metrics. Use insights to guide ongoing optimization and deliver clear, actionable reports to senior leadership.

Reporting and Communication

Present strategy updates, performance dashboards, and lead generation insights to the CEO and leadership stakeholders, ensuring clarity, alignment, and accountability on marketing outcomes.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated with trends in Agentic AI, enterprise AI adoption, automation technologies, and B2B demand generation to ensure our marketing strategies remain competitive and forward-looking.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or enterprise SaaS marketing.
  • Demonstrated success generating MQLs for enterprise AI, automation, or B2B technology products.
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and paid social campaigns targeting enterprise buyers.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to articulate complex AI concepts in clear, compelling messaging.
  • Solid understanding of SEO, content strategy, and full-funnel demand generation.
  • Strong analytical ability with experience interpreting campaign metrics, lead quality, and ROI.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience engaging with C-level executives.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive cross-functional initiatives and influence decision-making.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems to improve lead nurturing and tracking.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Twitter Ads, and other paid social advertising platforms.
  • Exposure to agile marketing methodologies for flexible and data-driven campaign execution.
