This role is part of the Walmart Product team (see description below) with a specific focus on building products for Walmart Marketplace.As a Senior Product Manager for
Seller Mobile App
, your primary role is to drive innovation in Walmart Marketplace by developing advanced products that cater to the needs of Marketplace sellers. You will be responsible for working closely with stakeholders, including engineering, business, and Sellers operations across various regions.
What You&aposll Do
- Lead the vision & strategy for the Seller Mobile App.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive product development.
- Define and analyse metrics that inform the success of the Seller Mobile App.
- Develop product positioning strategies.
- Gather and manage product feedback through surveys, concept testing, and analytics tools.
- Create and maintain a product roadmap, keeping stakeholders informed of updates and progress.
- Lead the team in making product decisions by setting the direction and ensuring the product aligns with company goals and user needs.
- Identify and fill product gaps, lead the brainstorming of new ideas, and evolve existing products.
- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch.
What You will Bring

- Retail/e-commerce domain knowledge
- Proven experience with Marketplace products as a Mobile Product Manager
- Ability to keep up with new trends and the latest in mobile app development, especially leveraging AI
- Ability to organize and prioritize work, establish realistic goals and deadlines and manage changing priorities
- Ability to achieve goals in an innovative environment and to evolve product strategy based on research, data, and industry trends
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to analysis products and process drive improvements aligned with strategic goals
- Creative/Strategic thinking skills
- Ability to work and manage multiple product areas and initiatives
- Build strong business partnership with key stakeholders
- Ability to explain the business and technical value of a technical offering to an audience mix of technical and non-technical customer representatives
- Good academic record with Computer Science or Engineering background; prefer a top tier MBA
- 8+ years of Industry experience, focused on solving data & analytics challenges with minimum 3 years of product management experience; prefer some e-commerce or retail experience
- E-Commerce software evangelist
- Strong product management experience in managing platforms and business initiatives, proven experience in building data driven products to solve critical business problems considering user at the center stage
- Proven experience leading products from concept through marketing and/or user adoption
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good experience of working with globally distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner
