Senior Product Manager - TLM

Job summary

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Product Manager - TLM to join our Trust Lifecycle Manager team within the larger Product Management organization. This role will focus on exploring and validating new opportunities in digital trust, identity, artificial intelligence, big data analysis, and security through rapid prototyping, customer-focused experimentation, and close collaboration with internal teams to transition validated concepts into revenue generating production solutions.

What you will do

Cloud, K8s & Platform Integration

• Drive the development and integration of CLM services with AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, including native cloud security services (KMS, Key Vault, CloudHSM, ACM, CAS).


• Own product strategy for Kubernetes certificate automation, including integrations with Cert-Manager, SPIFFE/SPIRE, service meshes, and cluster security workflows.


• Work closely with architecture and engineering teams to deliver secure, scalable, cloud-native solutions leveraging microservices and containerized deployments.

Cloud Vendor Partnerships & Marketplace Launches

• Build and manage strong relationships with AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud product and partner teams.


• Drive co-selling and co-marketing initiatives with cloud vendors to expand product reach.


• Lead end-to-end launch processes for listing and updating products in cloud marketplaces (e.g., AWS Marketplace, Azure Marketplace, Google Cloud Marketplace).

Product Strategy & Execution

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our CLM offerings across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.


• Lead product planning, requirement definition, backlog prioritization, and release execution in an Agile environment.


• Conduct customer and market research to identify unmet needs, emerging trends, and strategic opportunities in PKI, certificate automation, and cloud identity security.

Customer Engagement:

• Conduct customer discovery interviews to understand pain points and opportunities.


• Present prototypes and concepts to customers for early feedback.


• Facilitate innovation workshops with key customers and partners.


• Document and synthesize customer feedback to inform product direction.

Cross-functional Leadership:

• Partner with Engineering teams to evaluate technical feasibility of new concepts Work closely with the UX Teams & Product Management to transition validated ideas into the product roadmap.


• Collaborate with Sales and Solutions Architecture teams to identify customer opportunities.


• Engage with Marketing to develop compelling narratives for new innovations.

Process Management:

• Define and track success metrics.


• Document learnings and insights from failed experiments.


• Maintain an innovation pipeline of ideas and concepts.


• Create and present business cases for promising innovations.

What you will have

• 8+ years of experience in product management.


• Hands-on experience with at least one major public cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP) including their security and identity ecosystems.


• Practical knowledge of cloud-native design patterns, microservices, and SaaS architectures.


• Deep understanding of Kubernetes, including certificate issuance flows, workload identity, service meshes, TLS termination, and secure application connectivity.


• Familiarity with CI/CD, DevOps tooling, and certificate automation challenges at enterprise scale.


• Experience working directly with cloud vendors (AWS, Azure, GCP) on joint product initiatives, marketplace readiness, and strategic partnerships.


• Demonstrated success launching and managing products in cloud marketplaces


• Experience driving innovation and thriving in driving a path through ambiguity.


• Strong background in artificial intelligence, data analytics, cyber security, PKI, or identity management.


• Demonstrated experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation.


• Excellence in customer interview techniques and synthesis.


• Strong presentation and communication skills.


• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Nice to have

• Experience with digital trust solutions and PKI infrastructure.


• Knowledge of Zero Trust architectures, workload identity solutions, and modern cloud security frameworks


• Knowledge of emerging technologies like artificial intelligence, blockchain, zero-trust architecture, or quantum computing.


• Understanding of IaC tools such as Terraform, Helm, and CloudFormation.


• Experience with Kubernetes Operators, serverless environments, or edge deployments.


• Experience with design thinking and lean startup methodologies.


• Background in software development or system architecture.


• Experience presenting to C-level executives and technical audiences.


• Understanding of cryptography and security protocols.


• Familiarity with API design and integration patterns.


• Experience with prototyping tools and methodologies.


• Knowledge of agile development practices.


• Comfort with data analysis and experimentation frameworks.
