Senior Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex/multiple products or product areas end-to-end, ensuring business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
• Solve complex problems with structured thinking and creative solutions.
• Lead product rollouts independently, ensuring smooth execution and measurable outcomes.
• Mentor and guide junior PMs, providing feedback, training, and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to balance priorities and trade-offs.
• Drive data-informed decisions using advanced product analytics and research methodologies.
• Lead technical discussions and evaluate trade-offs between scope, timelines, and quality.
• Advocate for exceptional user experience through collaboration with UX/UI teams.
• Represent product priorities effectively with senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of the

  technology stack

  and ability to lead technical discussions.
• Proficiency in

  data analysis and visualization tools

  (SQL, Superset, or equivalent).
• Advanced understanding of

  user experience design and research methodologies

  .
• Proficiency in

  analytical tools

  (SQL, Superset) and/or

  design tools

  (Figma, Sketch, or equivalent).
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills to guide junior PMs.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to align diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
