Job Description

Retail Business Services (RBS) supports Amazon s Retail business growth WW by enhancing customer and selling partner experiences. The tech team in RBS develops automation that leverages Machine/Deep Learning to scale execution of highly complex tasks that currently require human cognitive skills. Were seeking a Senior Product Manager, Technical to lead our next generation of AI-powered automation products. Youll be responsible for building enterprise-scale solutions that leverage Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI technologies to automate complex business processes across Amazon.
Drive product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered automation solutions that serve multiple Amazon businesses Partner with engineering teams to architect scalable solutions using Amazons AI/ML stack Lead cross-functional teams to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deliver measurable business results Define and optimize key metrics around automation efficiency, accuracy, and business impact Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their operational challenges and translate them into technical requirements Drive adoption of automation solutions across the organization 10+ years of product management experience Bachelors degree or above in computer science, computer engineering, or related field Experience leading or developing high quality, enterprise scale software products using a structured system development lifecycle Experience building and leading large teams and have worked in matrixed operating structures Experience working in a matrixed organization Strong technical background with understanding of AI/ML concepts Experience building large-scale machine learning models and infrastructure for online recommendation, ads ranking, personalization, or search Knowledge of large scale automation and workflow management or equivalent Experience working with REST API based services, or experience in SQL Server/MySQL and experience managing full application stacks from the OS up through custom applications Experience in leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with a proven record of thought leadership, business case development, realizing customer benefits, and successful program completion MBA or advanced technical degree
