Role & responsibilities enior Product Manager eCommerce Location: Bangalore Experience: 9–15yrs (7+yrs with Master’s or equivalent) Shift hours: 11:00 AM -8:00 PM (Might extend if any business calls arise) Role Overview: Lead cross-functional teams to build top-tier eCommerce experiences—combining leadership, metrics-driven decision-making, and Agile execution. Key Responsibilities: Lead and align engineering, design, marketing, and ops through strong decision-making and negotiation. Prioritize features with a focus on product metrics, critical thinking, and user impact. Author crisp user stories and manage sprints using Scrum. Drive user research and competitor analysis to inform strategy. Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and GIT to streamline workflow and documentation. Requirements: 9–15yrs with a bachelor’s, or 7+yrs with a master’s (or equivalent). 3+yrs in product management for eCommerce or online customer-facing platforms.
