What You Will Get To Do:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for trading and investment technology platforms.
Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX, and design teams to deliver high-quality features across web and mobile applications.
Partner with clients, sales, and implementation teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear product specifications and user stories.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and client expectations.
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle management, from concept to launch and continuous enhancement.
Communicate progress, key metrics, and strategic direction to executive leadership and stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

8 12 years of IT experience and 5+ years in Product Management within the technology or financial services industry.
Experience in building and managing mobile products is a strong plus.
Hands-on experience with buy-side systems (OMS, EMS, IMS, ECN) or sell-side vendor integration is preferred.
Strong understanding of financial instruments, trading workflows, and the trade lifecycle.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
