Required Qualifications

Around 15 years of experience in enterprise or SaaS products.
Strong understanding of web application architecture, including:
Spring Boot / Java-based microservices
Angular or similar modern front-end frameworks
Oracle / MySQL relational databases
Ability to collaborate deeply with engineering teams on:
API design and integration
Microservices architecture and deployment
Database schema considerations and performance impacts
Experience defining epics and user stories that involve middleware orchestration, authentication flows, REST APIs, and UI workflows.
Proven ability to work with DevOps/SRE teams on release management, CI/CD pipelines, and environment readiness.
Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) including backlog prioritization and sprint planning.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business, engineering, and design.
Strong analytical skills using SQL or BI tools to understand system behaviour, product usage, and performance metrics.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

Background in Java or Angular development, technical BA/SA, or engineering prior to product management.
Understanding of:
Microservices security, OAuth2/JWT, RBAC
API gateways, load balancing, service discovery
Caching layers (Redis)
Basic database optimization (indexing, query tuning)
Experience with cloud technologies such as OCI, especially for hosting Spring Boot microservices.
Experience working in environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins/GitHub Actions, or similar CI/CD tools.
Exposure to performance testing, monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana, Prometheus).
Experience leading a small team of PMs, tech leads, or cross-functional squads.
Domain knowledge in enterprise platforms, B2B integrations, workflow automation, or financial services (if relevant).
