Job Description

As a Senior Product Manager, you will take end-to-end ownership for designing and delivering out-of-the-box (OOTB) vertical solutions for Atlassian-s Service Collections ESM products. These pre-configured, industry-specific packages provide customers with ready-to-use workflows, dashboards, automation, and data models tailored to common service management practices such as IT Asset Management, Configuration Management, and HR Service Management.

In this role, you will:

Define and prioritise OOTB solutions that address key customer pain points, using data and customer insights to inform decisions and measure impact.
Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time, ensuring alignment across stakeholders.
Leverage standardised data structures and templated components to deliver seamless, end-to-end experiences for specific verticals (e.g., ITSM, HRSM).
Integrate Atlassian platform capabilities-including automation, analytics, and AI agents-into these solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness for enterprise customers.
Gather, analyse, and act on customer feedback and product usage data to iterate and continuously improve solutions, ensuring they meet evolving customer and business needs.
Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels, fostering alignment and transparency.
Champion best practices and foster a culture of learning, experimentation, and continuous improvement within the team.
