Job Description

What You ll Do

  • Define and own the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive roadmap, balancing customer requirements, market opportunities, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to buildscalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions.
  • Engage directly withcustomers, partners, and stakeholdersto deeply understand pain points and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Driveprioritization and trade-offsacross user experience, performance, and technical feasibility.
  • Leveragedata-driven insightsto iterate and improve product offerings continuously.
  • Partner withsales, marketing, and enablement teamsto ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends inAI, collaboration, automation, and enterprise service managementto drive innovation.
  • Serve as thevoice of the customer, gathering and analyzing feedback from users, developers, and stakeholders to inform product decisions.
  • Identify and address keycustomer pain pointsensuring the product delivers measurable value.
  • Work closely with marketing teams to definego-to-market strategies, positioning, and messaging for the product capabilities.
  • Regularly present product updates, strategies, and results toexecutive leadership, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

What We re Looking For

  • 10+ years of total experience and 7+ years of product management experiencein software or technology-focused companies, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
  • Experience collaboratingcross-functionallywith engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Passion for solving complex problems withelegant, scalable solutions.
  • Data-driven decision-makingapproach with strong analytical skills.
  • Excellentcommunication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in Agile product development, managingbacklogs, sprints, and feature releases.
  • Proven ability to develop andexecute a comprehensive product strategy and roadmapthat aligns with customer needs and market opportunities.
  • Proven track record of delivering products that drive measurable business impact, includingcustomer adoption, revenue growth, or market share expansion.
  • Proven ability to navigatestakeholder alignmentand communicate effectively withC-suite executives and external partners.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Prior experience inService Management, Enterprise IT, or AI-driven platformsis a plus but not required.
