Job Description

Asst. Manager Engineer - Machine Maintenance

Key Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair:
Manage all
preventive, corrective, and time-based maintenance
for
Injection molding
and paint shop machinery.
Technical Expertise:
Apply your knowledge of various molding machine brands, including
FERROMATTIK, L&T, TOSHIBA, HWA CHIN, JSW, ELECTRONICA, CLF
, and
Haitian
.
Equipment Management:
Handle a wide range of injection molding machines, from
80-ton to 2500-ton
, including both
hydraulic and all-electric
models.
Team & Operations:
Oversee the maintenance team to ensure efficient and timely repairs, minimizing downtime and supporting overall plant productivity.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a machine maintenance role, specifically with a focus on
injection molding
.
In-depth knowledge of various molding machine brands and their maintenance requirements.
Experience with both
hydraulic
and
all-electric
injection molding machines, ranging from
80-ton to 2500-ton
.

Skills

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
Excellent technical and diagnostic skills.
Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
Strong organizational skills to manage maintenance schedules and documentation.
