Description

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager (Technical) to lead our product initiatives in India. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong technical background and a passion for creating innovative products. You will be responsible for defining the product vision and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Responsibilities

Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for technical products.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality products.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Lead cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new products.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond.
Create detailed product specifications and requirements documentation.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders regarding product updates and issues.

Skills and Qualifications

8-12 years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical or software environment.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks.
Proficient in using product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Trello.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
Ability to analyze complex data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset.
Technical background in software engineering or computer science is a plus.
