Senior Product Manager

As a Senior Product Manager at New Relic, you will have the opportunity to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for New Relic's Infrastructure O11y product. Your role will involve defining, measuring, strategizing, executing, and communicating on adoption growth metrics. You will be responsible for understanding and defining typical user journeys to solve their problems, creating lo-fi mocks for user experience solutions, and advocating for delightful UX within the company. Additionally, you will serve as an internal and external spokesperson for cloud-native infrastructure observability. Key Responsibilities: - Lead strategy, roadmap & execution for New Relic's Infrastructure O11y product - Define, measure, strategize, execute, and communicate on adoption growth metrics - Understand and define typical user journeys and create lo-fi mocks for user experience solutions - Advocate for delightful UX and prioritize your team's goals within the company - Serve as an internal and external spokesperson for cloud-native infrastructure observability Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of software product management experience in defining and shipping infrastructure products to the market - Hands-on product manager who regularly uses your own products like your users - Developed empathy for infrastructure personas - Worked closely with engineering & design teams to ship products for sprint releases Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
