Senior Product Designer

Role of UI/UX Designer:

As a UX/UI Designer you will be:

• Gathering and evaluating user requirements, in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Performing a Market research and conducting user interviews to gather inputs and painpoints
• Mapping and creating a User persona for the targeted products
• Illustrating design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Designing graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Building user journeys that are efficient, user interactive and convenient enough
• Responsible for the overall design language that reflect the ethos of the brand
• Building design schema that can accommodate multiple financial products and offerings in the Superapp

Detailed Responsibilities:

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
• Map user personas , understand their pain points, expectations, interests and requirements
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
• Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
• Build page navigation buttons and search fields
• Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
• Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
• Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback
• Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images

What are we looking for

• To be successful in this role, you should have good experience with design softwares and wireframe tools
• Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
• Portfolio of design projects Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. Wireframe.cc and InVision)
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Suites, Figma or any similar softwares
• Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
• Good time-management skills
• Degree in Design is Not a mandatory :) Just passion in designing
