Glass Sutra Studio Pvt Ltd is India’s first public access glass art studio, located in New Delhi. Founded by artist & glassmaker Reshmi Dey, the studio is dedicated to reimagining glass as a medium for design, craftsmanship, and expression.

We specialise in bespoke, handcrafted glass blending traditional techniques with modern aesthetics. Our work spans lighting design, installation art, jewellery ,education, and community outreach, offering a unique intersection of art, function, and storytelling.

Role Description

• This is a full-time on-site role in New Delhi for a Senior Product Designer. Willing to take responsibilities outside of defined role and have a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models and renderings for product concepts, installations, and custom projects.
• Create precise technical drawings, production specifications, and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate closely with artisans, craftspeople, and production teams to translate design concepts into finished products.
• Modify designs based on technical feasibility, material availability, and feedback from production.
• Assist in prototyping and oversee the execution of designs through to final production.
• Maintain accurate records of all design files and revisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Product Design, or related field
• In the absence of the required degree , A candidate having working experience of 3-4 years in a product/ lighting/ installation design farm.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., Rhino, 3ds Max, Blender, SolidWorks, or similar).
• Strong technical drawing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

• Chhattarpur, Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

• Bachelor's (Required)
