Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a skilled Senior Product Designer with 5-7 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design and development, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Conduct internal QA and share ownership with other product design leaders to define and maintain the Global Design System.
• Manage, develop, and set goals for globally distributed team members to achieve long-term vision and strategic business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
• Develop and maintain high-quality design systems and standards.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

• Strong understanding of design principles, human-computer interaction, and user experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
