As an Operations Executive at Vahan, you will play a critical role in improving the quality and reliability of our voice botsYour work will directly influence customer experience by ensuring our bots are intelligent, accurate, and adaptable. Responsibilities Call Analysis: Review bot-customer conversations to identify gaps, errors, and areas for improvement. Data Tagging and Annotation: Accurately tag and annotate audio/text data for ML and NLP model training. Data Generation: Develop realistic conversational datasets to support bot training and performance optimization. Voice Bot Testing: Conduct rigorous testing of bot behavior across various workflows and use cases. Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and analytics teams to ensure high-quality bot performance. Documentation: Maintain detailed reports of test cases, issues identified, and improvement suggestions. Quality Assurance: Support live project audits and deployment QA checks. Requirements Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in data tagging and data generation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with data annotation processes or training datasets. Experience with voice bot testing workflows or UAT procedures. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Exposure to AI/NLP tools or platforms.
