Overview We re hiring a Senior Product Designer at Mave Health an early-stage health tech startup, to own UX/UI design for mobile and web, redesign our website, and shape the product s visual experience. Company details Mave Health is a Bangalore based mental health tech startup founded in 2023. We combine wearable neurotech, coaching, nutrition, and fitness into programs that improve mental wellbeing for prime age adults. Website: https://www.mavehealth.com/ Requirements 3-5+ years designing mobile and web apps Expert proficiency in Figma Strong UX/UI and visual design skills Experience with basic UX research methods Interest in using AI tools to enhance workflow Prior experience in fast paced startup environments Nice to have Experience with design systems and component libraries Motion design and microinteraction skills Basic familiarity with Webflow or front end development Experience collaborating closely with engineers Responsibilities Lead end to end design of mobile and web apps from UX research and wireframes to polished UI Redesign company website to reflect Mave s evolving vision Own design decisions and create a calm, intuitive, empathetic user experience Collaborate proactively with cross-functional team members Embrace ambiguity and iterate rapidly in a startup environment Job Details Location: Onsite, HSR Layout, Bangalore Interview process Portfolio review + quick video introduction Whiteboarding session or short design assignment Final chat with the founders Important Note ClanX is a recruitment partner, helping Mave Health hire a Senior Product Designer.
