Senior Product Consultant

As a Loan Origination Expert, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of end-to-end Loan Origination Systems (LOS) across various lending segments. Your role will involve configuring Rule Engines, optimizing Workflow Management, and building Master Management frameworks to ensure seamless customer journeys and robust data management. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into functional LOS configurations and apply AI/ML techniques for risk scoring, credit behavior modeling, fraud detection, and conversational AI. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and implementation of LOS across retail and MSME lending segments. - Drive Rule Engine configurations for automated decision-making. - Define and optimize Workflow Management for seamless customer journeys. - Build and maintain Master Management frameworks for data management. - Deliver Mobility-first solutions for loan origination applications. - Manage Global Customer Data Models for compliance and scalability. - Design solutions for various product lines such as Home Loan, Personal Loan, Loan Against Property, Gold Loan, Vehicle Loan, etc. - Collaborate with FinTech ecosystem partners and India Stack for integrations. - Utilize AI/ML techniques for risk scoring, credit behavior modeling, fraud detection, and conversational AI. - Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team. Qualifications: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Technology, or Finance. - 8-12 years of experience in Lending/LOS/BFSI/FinTech product development. - Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
