Description
As a Senior Product Associate at CAMP Health & Controls, you have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in product development and optimization to drive impactful changes within one of the world's most innovative financial organizations. By incorporating user research, metrics analysis, and collaboration, you play a vital role in the creation of innovative products and the enhancement of existing offerings to meet customer needs effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities based on customer and market needs using data analytics and discovery. - Consider and plan for the impact of new product features on the overall product experience. - Support the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and identify valuable product features. - Analyze, track, and evaluate product metrics throughout the product development life cycle, ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality targets. - Write requirements, epics, and user stories to facilitate product development and maintain Jira hygiene. - Collaborate with stakeholders to establish Automated Business Controls to ensure desired outcomes are achieved. - Aid in incorporating new monitoring data sources into the Business Process Reconciliation tool to provide stakeholders with valuable insights into customer journeys. - Develop user-customizable visualization tools and dashboards to enhance product experience. - Support the transition towards self-service capabilities within the CAMP Health product ecosystem. - Create diagrams such as Class diagram, Sequence Diagram, and Flow/Activity Diagram using tools like Confluence, VISIO, or similar platforms. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in product management or a relevant domain area. - Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle. - Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements definition. - Demonstrated proficiency in data analytics and data literacy. - Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience using JIRA for product delivery. - Ability to effectively communicate complex technical ideas in business language. - Strong verbal and written communication skills to build lasting relationships with the scrum team. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - BS/BA degree or equivalent experience. - Experience working with JIRA, Swagger, and API designing and documentation, including SOAP, XML, JSON, and similar web services protocols/technologies.
