Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop synchronous and asynchronous eLearning modules
Create visually engaging infographics and other digital learning assets to simplify complex topics
Collaborate with subject matter experts SMEs to assess learning needs and translate them into instructional content
Utilize Articulate 360 Storyline Rise Adobe Creative Suite Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and Camtasia to produce and edit high quality learning materials
Apply sound instructional design methodologies ADDIE SAM to project planning execution and evaluation
Integrate feedback and evaluation data to refine training materials based on learner needs and outcomes
Manage multiple instructional projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines and ensuring alignment with learning objectives
