Utilize blended process techniques to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives. Provide excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management. Desired Candidate Profile 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or similar industry. Proficiency in using tools like Google Maps for navigation purposes. Excellent English language proficiency for effective communication with international clients.
