WALK IN Details: Venue- Building 12A, Raheja Mindspace IT Park, Mindspace Madhapur Rd, HITEC City, Hyderabad- 500081 Time- 10:00 AM- 1:00 PM HR POC- Siddartha Experience- 1-6 years Notice period- Immediate- 30 days Location- Hyderabad Senior Process Executive-Data Must Have Skills- RTR, GL accounting, Bank reconciliation, good communication, advance excel Shifts- Night shift (5:30 PM- 3:30 AM) - Both side cab available Rounds of interview- 2 rounds Mode of Interview- Face to face Roles and Responsibilities : Manage the end-to-end process of Record to Report (RTR) and Reporting & Analysis (R2R) for multiple clients. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports, dashboards, and analytics to meet client requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in processes and implement changes as needed. Develop strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met. Job Requirements : 1-6 years of experience in RTR or R2R role in BPO/Call Centre industry. Strong understanding of record-to-report (RTR) and reporting & analysis (R2R) processes. Proficiency in creating complex reports using various tools such as Excel, PowerPoint etc.
