Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' concerns while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats with a focus on resolving issues efficiently.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software for tracking purposes.
  
• Meet performance targets set by the organization regarding call handling time, first-call resolution rate, and other key metrics.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in an International Voice Process (BPO) environment.
  
• Fluent English language skills with excellent communication abilities.
  
• Strong Hindi speaking skills are required; proficiency in reading and writing Hindi is essential.

CTC;- 5.55 LPA to 6:00 LPA

NP:- 0-30 days NP only
