Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Review patient accounts, identify denials, and appeal denied claims.
Manage end-to-end medical billing process for US healthcare clients.
Maintain high levels of accuracy and efficiency while meeting productivity targets.
Ensure accurate coding and submission of claims according to client requirements.
Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and insurance companies to resolve issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

2-5 years of experience in Medical Billing or related field (AR calling, US Healthcare).
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
