Key Responsibilities:

Processing of Transactions received from the customers partners internals etc
Handling of customer or internals chat emails and provide resolutions for their queries raised
Ensuring requests are handled well within the SLAs agreed and with utmost quality
o Engage with customer understand their needs and translate this need to client s work requirement and set proper expectations about delivery time
o Maintain ownership and accountability of requests
o Collaborate with cross functional teams for successful customer outcomes
o Able to work on customer escalations and provide best possible service
o Excellent written communications
o Analytical ability Can analyze customer s request and work on it effectively
