Senior Process Consultant

As a Senior Process Consultant at HSBC, you will play a key role in driving transformation projects in Reconciliation Transformation. Your responsibilities will include: - Driving transformation projects to deliver an agreed set of business objectives and meeting the overlying portfolio strategy - Building strong relationships and partnerships with executives, leaders, and teams across the functional and geographic landscape - Identifying and recommending innovative solutions considering emerging improvement trends - Ensuring common understanding and objectives across regional and local teams - Anticipating issues and risks, escalating them quickly, and developing strategies to manage risks - Supporting the transformation of customers" end-to-end journeys through various technologies and methodologies - Delivering operational performance improvements through new process improvement initiatives aligned with reconciliation Future State Architecture Qualifications required for this role include: - Experience working on process improvement initiatives in HSBC or other large organizations, with financial services organization experience preferred - Good working knowledge of functional areas in an operational or consulting capacity - Knowledge and experience of the change process, project lifecycle, and consulting tools and techniques - Track record of execution on Lean Six Sigma or Process Improvement projects - Ability to build professional relationships with stakeholders using formal and informal networking skills - Good problem-solving skills using end-to-end process reviews and data-driven analysis - Experience working across cultures and in matrix organizational structures - Financial acumen and ability to develop a business case - Good English communication skills and a university degree in Engineering, Finance, or related fields - Hands-on experience with project collaboration tools and certifications in LS Green/Blackbelt, Prince2, PMP, Agile methodologies, etc., will be an added advantage At HSBC, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.,
