As a Senior Process Automation Developer at UnoSimple, you will play a crucial role in enhancing automation capabilities. Your responsibilities will include designing and maintaining automated processes within our application, focusing on user-friendly drag-and-drop functionality and customizable forms. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document process requirements, designing and implementing automation solutions in the AeroSimple application. - Develop and enhance drag-and-drop functionality to empower users to intuitively build, modify, and optimize workflows. - Create customizable user-friendly forms for inputting and collecting data in automated processes, seamlessly integrating them into the workflow. - Configure and optimize workflow processes for efficiency and scalability, troubleshooting and resolving automation workflow issues. - Perform rigorous testing to validate automated processes" functionality and ensure they meet specified requirements. - Maintain detailed documentation for automated processes, providing training and support to end-users. - Stay updated with industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing automation capabilities. Qualifications Required: - Experience in the aviation industry or related fields. - Previous work with process automation tools like Pega, Kissflow, or similar platforms. - Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in aviation. - Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team. Good to Have: - Proven experience in process automation, workflow development, and form creation. - Proficiency in drag-and-drop functionality, GUI design, and user experience (UX) principles. - Familiarity with automation tools and platforms.
