Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage insurance claims from intake to settlement, ensuring timely processing and accurate resolution.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriters, adjusters, and account managers to resolve complex claims issues.
  
• Utilize strong analytical skills to investigate claim facts, identify potential fraud risks, and develop effective mitigation strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders including policyholders, agents, and third-party vendors.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the entire claims lifecycle.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  
• Proficiency in Underwriting systems (e.g., Policy Management) is an asset.
  
• Strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance products and processes.
  
• 2-4 years of experience in Loan Servicing or related field (US Insurance).
