Senior Process and Controls Analyst

Role Overview: As an EY-Consulting-SOX-Senior, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic role where every client presents unique challenges and diverse business environments. Your primary focus will be on providing tailored solutions to individual engagements, learning and adapting to clients" cultures, and expanding your professional network across various industries. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of Staffs or independently deliver SOX engagements for multiple processes across client(s) - Participate in or lead discussions with clients for process analysis and walkthroughs - Prepare process flows, narratives, and risk & control matrices based on process discussions - Identify process gaps and provide recommendations for improvement - Conduct and review test of design and operating effectiveness, suggesting controls to enhance the client's control framework - Document testing workpapers as per defined standards and quality benchmarks - Support the Manager in conducting SOX scoping, control rationalization, and standardization for business processes - Monitor project progress, manage multiple assignments, and meet quality guidelines within established turnaround time - Develop strong relationships with clients and onshore client teams, maintaining proactive communication - Mentor and coach junior team members to help them meet performance goals and grow their careers - Support business development initiatives and innovation efforts using emerging technologies - Provide ideas for improving engagement productivity, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with quality & risk management procedures - Display teamwork, integrity, and leadership, fostering innovation and knowledge sharing within the team - Conduct workshops and technical training sessions for team members, contributing to learning & development initiatives Qualifications Required: - More than 1 year (CAs) or 3 years (others) of experience in risks & controls, preferably in SOX/internal controls within a Big 4 or professional firm - Strong understanding of SOX and COSO framework - CIA certification is preferred - Degree in Business, Accounting, Engineering, or similar field - Exceptional command of spoken and written English - Globally mobile and flexible to travel to onsite locations - Proficiency in MS-Office Suite, data analysis, and validation - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to prioritize deliverables effectively Additional Company Details: EY is dedicated to helping clients across various industries, offering inspiring projects and personal development opportunities.
