Senior Process Analyst

The Senior Technician role in Premium Processing (PP) at Mrald (Mphasis's dedicated UK Insurance operational services delivery vehicle) in Pune involves supporting the day-to-day activities of the PP team to ensure the delivery of effective and high-quality services. As a Senior Technician, you will act as a referral point for Junior Technicians, conduct Quality Control Checks, provide feedback and training to junior technicians, process complex accounts, and ensure the team meets SLAs & KPIs. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders, working on PP-related projects, assisting the PP team leader in aligning business results and SLAs, supporting external audits and regulatory exercises, and ensuring compliance with company policies and requirements. Additionally, you will participate in training and assessment exercises assigned by the Compliance and Training Departments. The ideal candidate for this role must have at least 3 years of experience in the commercial insurance industry, direct experience in insurance broking or relevant qualifications, knowledge of London Market Specialty insurance, familiarity with insurance placement processes, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office tools. Practical knowledge of FCA GI regulation, professional insurance qualifications, risk management principles, and experience in working with automated processes are preferred.
