In this role you will be responsible for architecting and designing the Digital Applications for Global Clients.

Responsibilities

• Excellent capabilities in architecting/re-imagining the business application in customer Enterprise landscape.

• Able to create value stream and provide options to customer for a given business problem.

• Work closely with client/stakeholders, execute technical workshops, with an ability to comprehend business system landscape, convert them into feasible technical architecture at a detailed level that can be translated into technical deliverables.

• Designing and Implementing Solutions: Develop technical architecture blueprints, select appropriate technologies, and oversee system implementation.

• Translating Business Needs: Understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

• Ensuring Scalability, Security, and Performance: Design systems that can handle future growth, protect sensitive data, and operate efficiently.

• Providing Technical Leadership: Guide development teams, offer technical expertise, and mentor other professionals.

• Collaborating with Stakeholders: Work with business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure alignment.

• Overseeing System Integration: Manage the integration of different systems and ensure smooth data flow.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Identify and resolve technical issues, and ensure the ongoing performance of systems.

• Staying Up-to-Date: Research and recommend new technologies and tools.

• Creating Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

• Relevant years of experience on Salesforce based cloud apps

• Must be able to apply design thinking in the application architecture that must be scalable and performance driven.

• Must have done at least technical architecture of greenfield project or reengineered application for 2-3 large implementations individually or in lead capacity.

• Understand the business problem and convert the problem into value stream through a feasible application architecture.

• Excellent skills in persuasion and documentation detailing out all the aspects of architecture like security, business process mapping, integrations plan, environment plans, risks and mitigation plan, boundaries and responsibilities definition of each stakeholder.

• Expertise in any of the architecture modeling tools like draw.io, visio, lucidchart. Modelling tools knowledge is a must.

• Status quo challenger and driven by logics and able to favor the fairness in all circumstances.

• Closely working with technical and support team and providing all technical guidance so that deliveries are streamlined, and production is running smoothly.

• Must have integrations experience with different tools and technologies using middleware or point to point.

• Excellent understanding of design patterns, enterprise architectural patterns and enterprise integration patterns.

• Excellent skills in large data volume applications and security aspects.

Not a must but will help if it exists -

• Experience in industries such as Accounts payable or other Financial Services domains.

• Exposure to Salesforce AI/LLM/Einstein and industry-specific accelerators.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

• Relevant years of IT experience with experience in Enterprise architecture and development.

• Deep knowledge of Salesforce multi-cloud architecture and implementation.

• Experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs.

• Strong understanding of data modeling, security, and sharing models in Salesforce.

• Experience with large-scale enterprise Salesforce deployments and integrations (REST/SOAP, middleware like MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.).

• Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect (CTA), or equivalent preferred.Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and DevOps/CI-CD pipelines is plus

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
