Senior Premier Acquisition Manager-Business Banking-RL SALES-Sales

As a Senior Premier Acquisition Manager in Business Banking, you will be responsible for achieving the business objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the branch. This includes meeting the Value, Volume, and channel Productivity metrics. Your role involves generating revenues through the sale of Current Accounts (CA), Cross-Sell products, and Third-Party Products such as Insurance. You will also be tasked with sourcing High-Value CA customers and establishing entire Family Banking relationships. Additionally, you will focus on the penetration of Business Banking products like Cash Management Services (CMS), Point of Sale (POS) services, and Beat services to CA customers. Your responsibilities extend to sourcing new customers through both individual efforts and acquisition channels. The ideal candidate for this role should possess strong customer orientation, high energy levels, and a drive to succeed. Previous experience in managing and sourcing Business Banking customers is highly desirable. Candidates with a background in Banking or Financial Services will be given preference. A Graduate with 2-3 years of relevant experience or a Post Graduate with a similar experience level would be suitable for this position. The age limit for applicants is 30 years.
