The Opportunity

Own BGR's visibility and unlock access to manufacturing founders through:

Industry Associations (50%)

* Activate memberships (CII, ASSOCHAM, EO, TiE, MIDC)

* Land Founder speaking slots

* Build relationships with manufacturing CXOs

PR & Media (30%)

* Secure thought-leadership coverage

* Coordinate our Founder's book launch

* Manage PR agency and grow journalist network

Partnerships (20%)

* Sign referral agreements (consultants, PE/VCs, CxO networks)

* Manage and grow partner-led lead flow

KPIs (Year 1)

* Association memberships: 6-8

* Founder contacts activated: 50100

* Speaking engagements secured: 46

* Media placements: 1015

* Partner agreements: 10+

* Leads generated via your channels: 3050

You Bring

* 36 years in PR, communications, business development, or events

* B2B or professional services experience preferred

* Exposure to industry associations (CII, FICCI, TiE, EO, MIDC, etc.)

* Strong communication and relationship-building skills

* Self-starter mindset, thrives in small, agile teams

* Interest in manufacturing, entrepreneurship, and business growth

What You Get

* ?40,000 ?60,000 per month fixed (+Up to equal amount as performance bonus)
