Job Description – Senior PPC (Production Planning & Control)

Position: Senior PPC – Production Planning & Control
Location: Gujarat Fabrication Plant
Salary: Up to ₹1,00,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee production planning & scheduling for fabrication activities.
• Review & interpret engineering drawings (DWG detailing) for planning accuracy.
• Coordinate with design, production, purchase & quality teams to ensure timely project execution.
• Track and monitor daily, weekly & monthly production progress vs. targets.
• Optimize resource utilization – manpower, machines, and materials.
• Ensure smooth plant operations by resolving bottlenecks and delays.
• Prepare and present MIS reports & dashboards for management review.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.

Experience & Background:

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in production planning & control in fabrication industry.
• Strong knowledge of DWG detailing, plant coordination & project execution.
• Candidates preferred from HMM, P&R, CISCOL, Global, Indiana Gratings Ltd Pune, Kalpatru or similar fabrication companies.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.

Skills Required:

• Excellent knowledge of fabrication drawings & processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, SAP/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, leadership & communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects & deadlines effectively.
