Key Responsibilities for PMO

Set up and maintain project records in ServiceNow (SNOW), ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
Support end-to-end project management activities including planning, scheduling, and status reporting.
Assist in monitoring project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather project updates and facilitate effective communication.
Track and manage project costs, budgets, and financial forecasts using standard tools and templates.
