Senior PMO Insurance Domain

As a Senior PMO professional in Abu Dhabi with 5-10 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in project governance, portfolio management, and delivery excellence within the Insurance domain. Your responsibilities include: - Leading project governance to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives. - Managing portfolio tracking, dashboards, and program-level reporting. - Overseeing budgeting, cost control, and risk management across projects. - Collaborating with CXOs, business stakeholders, and vendors to align delivery with strategy. - Driving digital transformation, automation, and process efficiency initiatives. - Ensuring regulatory compliance with CBUAE and other insurance regulations. To excel in this role, you should have: - Strong understanding of Insurance operations - Policy, Claims, and Underwriting. - Experience in managing PMO governance, project delivery, and transformation programs. - Exposure to CBUAE compliance and regulatory frameworks. - Proficiency in MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, and Agile delivery frameworks. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and reporting skills. - Excellent communication and executive presentation ability. Preferred certifications include PMP (Project Management Professional), Agile/Scrum Master, ITIL, and LOMA/AINS (Insurance Domain Certification). You should be familiar with methodologies & tools such as Agile, PMBOK, Prince2, MS Project, JIRA, Power BI, Portfolio & Risk Management, and Delivery Governance.
