Working Experience - Minimum 1 to 3 years of working experience in the Placement Department in any college/university or educational sector. (Candidates who have worked as a HR recruiter in any placement or recruitment consultancy will also be considered for this job role.) Job Description:- Informing the students over the phone about the job opportunities posted in the job portal and providing proper guidance and support to the students. Informing the students about the job interviews and getting the status of their interview results from them. Providing the JD to the students as per the company's requirements. Job posting in the placement portal as per the company's JD and guiding the students through the placement process. Tracking and making report of the student placement results and updating their feedback in MS Excel sheets. Desired Skills :- Knowledge of basic MS Excel is mandatory. Must have a good command and fluency over English, Bengali and Hindi language. Educational Qualification - Graduation in any field is mandatory. Job Location - Topsia ,near Science City (Full Time/In-Office).
