Job Description
1. Planning, Monitoring, and controlling the Engineering budget to execute offshore / Marine Production engineering for Piping for the timely delivery of fabrication drawings to the pipe department.

2. Demonstrate prior experience in developing and managing Piping Production Engineering
drawings specifically for offshore construction projects

3. To prepare Piping construction drawings methodology based on the Project's block division and construction sequence.

4. To collaborate with the Structure and instrumentation teams to ensure penetrations / Support
Trimmer drawings and instruments data is respectively captured.

5. To carry out a Constructability review of the Detailed design model or the Detailed design drawings at
design stage for easy production flow.

6. Review of detailed shop drawings to align with offshore requirements and for independent
shop fabrication and subsequent erection processes.

7. Proven track record of delivering piping production engineering drawings at Construction
Yard for Offshore projects is a must (Min 5 Years).

8. To prepare Piping MTOs for procurement and evaluate piping materials in accordance with
offshore standards such as NORSOK, PED, DNV, ASME etc.

9. Demonstrate prior experience of Seamless takeover of 3D model (Aveva E3D) from Design
model to produce Piping shop drawings / Piping MTOs,

Qualifications & Experience:

. Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.

. Minimum 10 years of experience in piping design engineering, with a focus on the above job
role.

. At least 5 years of experience in offshore piping production engineering and piping material
evaluation.

. Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, E3D, Navisworks etc

. Strong understanding of offshore codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.

. Excellent communication, documentation, and coordination skills.
